About
KNETIX builds done-for-you loyalty and referral systems for local businesses — the kind where the same people come back every few weeks, and where losing one of them quietly costs more than most owners realise.
Most local businesses run on repeat customers, and most of them have no system for keeping those customers. The regulars are tracked in the owner's head. The person who came in once and never returned is invisible. Punch cards get lost in the wash.
We fix that with a loyalty and referral system built specifically for the shop — branded in their colours, with their logo and their name on it. Customers scan a QR code at the counter, sign up in about thirty seconds, and every visit gets tracked from then on. No app to download, nothing for the customer to remember.
On the owner's side it's a private dashboard: every customer, how often they come in, who's earned a reward, who referred whom. Text messaging and online booking are built in. The daily job is one tap.
The part owners don't expect is the customer list. They sign up for a digital punch card and end up with a record of their entire client base — which most local shops have never had, and which turns out to be worth more than the rewards.
We work mostly with barbershops, nail salons, car detailing shops, vape stores, lash and brow studios, and pet groomers — businesses where customers come back on a cycle. If your customers buy once and never return, we're honestly not the right fit, and we'll tell you that.
KNETIX is run by Mohamad Aldossari from Edmonton, Alberta, serving shops across Canada.
I build the platform and I set up every client account personally. That's deliberate. When you sign up, you're not handed to an account manager who's juggling forty other shops and has never seen your business — you're dealing with the person who built the thing and who will still be the one answering when something needs fixing.
It also means I can move fast. If a client asks for something that makes sense, it usually gets built. Several features on the platform exist because a barber or a nail tech asked for them directly.
Alongside the loyalty platform, KNETIX runs a performance-based advertising arm for ecommerce brands, and a commission-based sales rep program for people who want to earn by bringing local businesses onto the platform.
